Fran Michelman has kindly offered a gentle Pilates session to the NNLS Carers' Group.
Fran is a qualified Pilates teacher. She started doing Pilates in 1980 when she injured herself dancing and has been teaching it for more than 25 years along with Gyrotonic and CoreAlign. She works closely with physiotherapists specialising in rehab.
Please bring a towel or a mat - it won't be a formal class, but she will get us moving and stretching and thinking about posture and balance.
