Ariel Kahn is running a lovely family study session for families with children in Year 7. He is giving an introduction to why prayer matters, whatever we believe. How it can help our mental health, and support us in finding balance and wellbeing. No previous knowledge necessary. If people have a tallit at home, please bring it along.
